When I was a little girl, old enough to hold my Popo's (Italian for grandfather) hand, we would walk to the 'corner' grocery store for bread and milk. Well, every time we came out of the store each time I was carrying in my hand, some of those wonderful animal cookies that were in a circus train box. Each time my mother would say as we came through the gate, "Here comes Cookie" and that is how I got my nickname. All my family and good friends still call me Cookie. I am a retired teacher now. Oh my, the time sure has flown.

For many years, I have been thinking about starting a business. So, after a great deal of planning, my dream is coming true. I know you will enjoy my yummy cookies and delicious Texas paper shell pecans (in the shell).
